Yesterday, I've discovered a fantastic baking recipe from one of my best cook books on baking bread and right away went in to the kitchen to begin putting into practice what I've just discovered. Because I love playing around with with baking recipes, I am getting better at this, every day and don't ever never failed to create something the result of which goes against the the description of the book of the afterwards result. And I worked hard at this one, as usual, quite some time and I finally opened my oven to see what exactly I've baked only to see something I was definitely not expecting. Man, was I not happy. And I'll even say that it was a bread from my nightmare.
